haha..wat a lucky day for me :D stepping my foots at the top floor of 1utama shopping mall. i was thinking of watching the poker king at that time...surprise came when i was queuing waiting for my turn for ticketing, a girl wearing red t-shirt approched me and handed me phobia2 preview screening tickets..i was shocked at first and i guess she realised that. In order to make things clear..she started to introduce herself by saying she is Red Fm's crew..and the movie tickets is totally free.. i was just like " oh"..haha..silly girl having silly response.!.

Everyone is alive with chatter of earthquake with a magnitude of 7.6 on the Richter scale that hit off Sumatra at 6.16pm just now.
A tsunami watch has been issued for Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and India.
i feel nothing.. Nothing moved.
The water in the aquarium did not slosh about. The doors did not rattle.
i was driving on the road at that time..
everything seems so normal..

looking at friends around me who are real in love with their partners,

love is not measurable, it is all incompassing.
although,
it exits by the day to day annoyances and disagreements,

is it true that the longer you are with someone you love ,

so in that way, your relationship become stronger.

Almost everyone feels nervous before an exam.

Butterflies in the stomach and worrying thoughts -

'Will I be able to answer the questions?' 'Have I done enough revision?' -

are indications of exam nerves that are probably familiar to all students.

In fact, a certain amount of nervous tension probably helps us perform to the best of our ability, producing a rush of adrenaline that helps us to feel alert and focused.

But too much anxiety can BLOCK thoughts, create a negative frame of mind, and lead to panic and potentially poor exam performance.

There are a number of things you can do to help manage exam anxiety and turn uncomfortable, panicky thoughts into more creative tension.

Anxiety management techniques

Thought-stopping technique
When we become anxious we begin to have negative thoughts ('I can't answer anything', 'I'm going to panic' etc). If this is happening, halt the spiralling thoughts by mentally shouting 'STOP!'. Or picture a road STOP sign, or traffic lights on red. Once you have literally stopped the thoughts, you can continue planning, or practise a relaxation technique.

Creating mild pain
Pain effectively overrides all other thoughts and impulses. Even very mild pain - such as lightly pressing your fingernails into your palm - can block feelings of anxiety. Some people find it helpful to place an elastic band around one wrist, and lightly twang it when they are becoming anxious.

Focusing
Looking out of the window, noticing the number of people with red hair, counting the number of desks in each row... all help to distract your attention from anxious thoughts and keep your mind busy. Mental games such as making words out of another word or title, using alphabetical lists etc are all good forms of distraction.

Bridging objects
It can help to carry or wear something with positive associations with another person or place. Touching this bridging object can be comforting in its own right, then allow yourself a few minutes to think about the person or situation which makes you feel good. This can have a really calming effect.

Self-talk
In exam anxiety or panic we often give ourselves negative messages, 'I can't do this' 'I'm going to fail' 'I'm useless'. Try to consciously replace these with positive, encouraging thoughts: 'This is just anxiety, it can't harm me', 'Relax, concentrate, it's going to be OK', 'I'm getting there, nearly over'.

Basically, nothing much except sleep and eat...
However..my sem break started to be meaningful and enjoyable since last few days..

i visited 2 states in just 2 days...
huh...tired!!
i went to penang with my mum and uncle yesterday...
and you cant believe that it was just 1 day trip...
Morever...it was last minutes planning...

went kek lok si temple, loong kee ( Red Bean Biscuit ),
Pragin mall ( we were lost, so went here for lunch )..
we enjoyed our dinner ( Bak kut teh ) before rush back..
it was a regret for not going QueensBay Mall...sigh...as we were running out of time.
reached home around 11.30pm..

then,
the second day after penang...
we drove to Cameron highlands...
haha....so you can imagine how was the conditions....

and the most excited part....

We celebrate valentine's day every year on the 14th of February with our beloved...
However, i believe most of us dont understand the legend behide...Let's have a read on how this special day begun..

The romantic festival of Valentine's Day is said to have originated in pagan times in Rome when people celebrated annual fertility festival called Feast of Lupercalia in mid-February.
A unique custom of the festival was the mating of young boys and girls for a year through a lottery system. Quite often the couple would fall in love and marry. Strongly associated with the festival of Valentine's Day are the legends of three or more Saint Valentine of Rome. One of the most popular legends says, Valentine or Valentinus lived in Rome when the country was under the reign of Emperor Claudius II. It is said that Claudius engaged Rome in several unpopular and bloody campaigns.
To maintain a strong army, Claudius continuously needed to recruit soldiers. But to his disappointment Claudius found that most men were unwilling to join army because of their strong attachment with their wives and their families.
To get rid of the problem, Claudius banned all marriages and engagements in Rome.
A romantic at heart priest, Valentine, secretly arranged marriages of young boys and girls and defied this unjustified and callous order of Claudius.
When the Emperor discovered this defiance, he put Valentine behind bars and he was finally executed on February 14, about 270 AD.
For his great service, Valentine was named a saint after his death. By Middle Ages, Saint Valentine became the patron saint of love and lovers in England and France.
In 498 AD, when Pope Gelasius decided to put an end to pagan celebration of Feast of Lupercalia, he declared that 14th February be celebrated as St Valentine's Day.

Some say it is to drink a cup of hot milk,
while listening to the radio at full blast.
Some say that it is to have lots of freedom,
to be able to stay up till midnight without any shouts from your parents.
Some say it is to be able to play at the theme park,
escaping death every time the rollar coastal cart makes a twirl.
Maybe that is what happiness is,
maybe to them that is what makes them contented.
Everyone have different views of happiness,
to me,
whatever that makes me feel warm inside,
is considered my happiness.
The stars up in the sky,
the cool breeze of the wind,
the silk skirt that I am wearing,
the ice-cream in my hand.
The walk in the rain, the stroll with my mum,
the tee from my dad,
The chat with my brothers,
the hug from my sis,
the completion of assignments,
the time to read novels.

3rd day of my holiday...
thinking back on wat i have done tis 2 days...haha...
guess wat...
of course sleep sleep sleep and sleep...
i can just sleep the whole day from nite 11pm till da next day 2pm..
after eat and bath...continue sleeping till 8 o'clock....gosh...reli piggy.!!
Besides sleeping..of course waiting for my port dickson trip..haha..looking forward on it..
tryin to come out with some plans to colour up my sem break...
any suggestion???

while all the frens are enjoying..
i'm the 1 who needa work..
today is my second day of working..
reli feel like dying..damn damn..
regret of making the decision to work as a promoter..
standing there for 9 hours..gosh...i can feel that my legs is not mine..
another thing is...it is really embarrassing..
dunno where to put my face..damn damn..
at first i choose this work bcoz of the high salary that really attracts me..
haizz...now i understand the phrase of 'no free lunch'
the higher pay u get..the tougher the job is...
sigh..should have juz accept the data entry job at the first place...

finished all da exams..and now is the time for me to relax...!!
i'm back in AT..everyday enjoying my life by sleeping and eating...
gosh...gonna become fat gal soon..
my plan on this holidays is make sure myself slim down..
haha...tis hols is going to be my busiest holiday..
doing nothing but juz exercise..
sigh..dunno can make it anot...i'm damn damn lazy..!
anyhow...juz went to swimming last sunday..
wanna learn swimming from frens..but at last ended up learning nothing..
we enjoyed our great time over there..and played volley ball in da water..
it suppose to be volley ball i guess..but at last it is catch and throw ball in da water..haha.
the swimming activity today suppose to help me in my plan of slimming down..
but ended up gaining weight...guess wat..we went to mcdonalds after tat..
and the scary part is..i ate 2 fried chickens,1 porridge.and fries and ice cream.gosh.
but nvm..who cares..most important part is i had fun!!

after da class at 4pm..we went for ice skating..
it was reli silly..cant even balance myself...
after 1hour hangging at da side...finally can skate by my ownself slowly..
after skate..the legs was reli pain..
went ktv somemore..haha...
guess wer we went for ktv??
all da way from subang to kajang,,..
crazyyyyyyyyy right??
reach home middle of da night..
loss my voice (coz sang like a mad gal)

haha...having 2 exams today..morning and evening..exam ends at 6.30pm..so tired and exhausted..but yet...rush to stadium for superstar!!!
reached at 7pm and waited for one n half hour before it starts..
so hungry...
guang liang's performance is great..!! i like it..
tell you wat...listen 'Yan Huo' live is super duper amazing...
took some photos with phone(forgot to bring camera.)wat a waste..
i should carry my dvcam together..sigh..sob sob..

if i were to say..i would say tat i had experienced a great night.
like a normal students..we went to fill up our stomach after finished the class.
wow..we really hav a satisfied meal..then, we drive to sunway piramid for a movie (plan to watch forbidden kingdom). unfortunately..TGV dont have midnight show today..
we moved on to 1U to continue the plan.
haha..here is the place where our bad night have started..
i did a mistake by leading the group the the different level (level 3 while GSC shall be in the upper level) and we thought the cinema is closed for midnight show also as its dark and the entry is lock..
due to the strong desire to watch the movie..
we drive our car to a different parking area as we are trying to look up on the old GSC..
in this different level..
we are taking the long way to get into the shopping mall (Quite blur tonight)..
we realised the new GSC is not closed and we managed to get the tickets for the movie.
because of the laziness to walk after movie..we went to our car (which is park far away from the cinema (LG) and this journey really give us an adventurous experiences..

at the 1st place..the lift stopped at a level which is so dark and it scared us for the first time..
then we went to the different floor from where we park the car..four of us walk in a silent and scary exit..suprisingly..we couldnt find the way out..although we had tried for hundreds times..
its like a ghost is there to block our vision to find the way out..
we are really scared and nervous..
with a fast-beating heart, we suddenly heard a door-closed sound..
and we screamed and ran like a mad child..haha..
den we go to a different level to find our car..and we couldnt get..
"ohno, our movie gonna starts soon, FAST", the friend said..
we walk faster and went back to the same level and walk through the same exit..(long and scary with many doors)
after open and open the doors..there's still no way out..
"ghost!!" someone screamed..and we ran like mad people once again..
almost die of heart attack..
can you ever imagine of the situation faced???
its really scary..
fortunately finally we managed to get our car..
and we had enjoyed the movie in a scary, sweating, tired condition..
haha..
what a great night i have gone through..
